Series On August 13, 2022,
A Maritime Entrance

I am making an artistic manifesto because
I formalize a maritime entry in the middle of August 2022,
exceptional thing between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m.

That day, I thought everyone was going home given the weather conditions.
and that's what I did when I wanted to photograph
the fishermen that I love.
Then an hour later I came back because I was curious and I saw this scene
that I offer you in photography.

Everybody pretended nothing was on the beach
whereas in an hour we couldn't see anything at 10 m and it was still the case.
We were all in thick fog and people were walking around fishing swimming or playing as usual.
The birds passed in large numbers above the heads of the swimmers and no one noticed it except me who took a picture of them
as a gift with my characters.

In my life I have never seen this in the middle of summer 
and I suspect climate change has something to do with it
with so much pollution.

It's not in third world countries
but in France and in Vendée that happened.

I don't want to believe that we're going to leave a planet devastated by human interference.
We have already polluted the airspace with our planes and our satellites.
Let's keep the earth clean as much as possible
​ as long as it is still possible for future generations.


May  Gaia forgive us, 
and thank you to her for all the beauty of the world that she gives us to see
wherever you look.



That day, when the light came back and the mist moved away,
the colors of the Rainbow are put in place.
​ In this series, these colors are highlighted.
It is not a calibration error.

We were all in thick fog
and people were walking around fishing, swimming or playing as usual.
